Carl Trout DDS
Dr. Carl Trout grew up in western Nebraska and graduated with a BS degree from the University of Wyoming. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and graduated with High Distinction in 2007. While awaiting his wife, Kia, to complete medical school and an internal medicine and pediatrics residency, Dr. Trout practiced general dentistry for four years prior to pursuing specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Dr. Trout received numerous awards and scholarships during his training experiences and was Chief Resident in his pediatric dental residency. He has been involved in many leadership organizational innovations within the residency program, as well as participating in many public health projects to increase access to care in Nebraska. His enthusiasm for working with kids and pediatric dentistry is a great addition to our practice and to the dental community.
Dr. Trout is married to Kia, and enjoys skiing, hiking, running, hunting, fishing, golf, and reading in his spare time.
